January 25, 2019 (MERRIMACK, NH) – A recent video profile by Robotics Business Review featured  Waypoint Robotics and CEO Jason Walker at their Merrimack, New Hampshire facility.  The piece highlights Waypoint Robotics’ mission to provide the manufacturing workforce with a powerful tool that is simple to use.

“We’ve architected our products from Day 1 with the philosophy of ‘Bobby first.’ Bobby is a persona of someone who has been at the factory for 15 years … he knows that job better than anyone,” said Walker. “We’re building a product for Bobby, so that we can go into a situation and give him a tool that he can use and re-configure if needed. If the CFO [chief financial officer] is looking over his shoulder, it’s impossible not to see the benefit,” he said.

With products like Vector that offer best-in-class navigation capabilities, a heavy-duty metal construction and omni-directional, fully autonomous movement, Waypoint is uniquely positioned to provide robots for real-world manufacturing environments.
